Bilgola Plateau 2107
Pool area cleaning for Bilgola Plateau homes
Bilgola Plateau is in the Northern Beaches Council area, about 15 minutes from our base in Elanora Heights. Plateau Road and the streets off it hold renovated family homes on big blocks, many with pools and long views down to Pittwater or the ocean. The plateau is leafy and exposed in parts, so roofs grow lichen and gutters fill, while pool areas collect leaves and tannin.
Leaves stain coping and clog skimmers. We treat tannin stains and keep debris out of the pool while we work.
Coping, surrounds, waterline tiles and glass fencing are cleaned together, with run-off kept out of the water.
Tannin from gum leaves stains pool coping and paving brown.
How often in Bilgola Plateau
For most Bilgola Plateau homes, pool area cleaning is worth doing every 12 months. Shade, leaf litter and damp bring growth back sooner.
