Do you charge for quotes?
No. Inspections and quotes are free, and there's no obligation to book.
What should I put in the form?
The surfaces you want cleaned, your suburb and anything you've noticed, such as black mould on a south wall or green slime on stairs. A few phone photos help us bring the right gear to the inspection.
Can I get a price from photos alone?
Sometimes we can give a rough guide from photos, but the fixed quote comes after we've seen the property, because access, stone type and the condition of sealers and grout all change the job.
Do you work on weekends?
Ask us. Some jobs suit an early weekday start and others are better done when the house is empty, so we plan the day around you.
